For one-of-a-kind listings, you will receive the exact piece photographed.

For intuitive or multiple-quantity listings, you will receive a carefully selected piece of similar quality, size, and aesthetic standard.

Please note that slight variations may occur depending on screen and light settings.

How often do you release new collections?

We introduce new selections periodically. Due to natural supply limitations, certain pieces may not be restocked once sold out.

What payment methods do you accept?

How should I cleanse my crystals?

Crystals may be cleansed according to your personal practice — common methods include moonlight, sound, intention setting, or placing them on selenite.

Please avoid water cleansing for water-sensitive minerals.

How should I store my crystals?

Store your pieces in a dry environment away from moisture and extreme heat. For delicate or polished items, consider soft pouches or display surfaces to prevent scratches.

Can crystals fade in sunlight?

Yes. Certain minerals may fade or become brittle with prolonged direct sunlight exposure. We recommend keeping your pieces out of intense sun for long-term preservation.

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and lots, subject to review and approval, for qualified businesses, including retail stores, wellness boutiques, interior and décor businesses, and small business startups.
