At Crystal Hearts Atelier, every piece is carefully packed and prepared to ensure it arrives safely. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
Order Processing
All website orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, feed drops, restocks, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Singapore Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
International Standard Shipping:
- Asia Pacific: 5–10 business days
- United States / Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and other external factors.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the local customs authority.
Crystal Hearts Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We cannot guarantee order changes once an order has been processed.
If an incorrect address results in a returned shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please e-mail us at crystalheartsatelier@gmail.com
We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier, where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and its content, if damage occurred during transit
This allows us to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution
Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking information provided.
Crystal Hearts Atelier cannot guarantee delivery times once the package is with the shipping carrier.
