Yes. We prioritize ethical sourcing and responsible curation. Our crystals and mineral specimens are carefully selected for quality, formation, and authenticity. We do not sell mass-produced resin pieces, artificially dyed materials (unless clearly stated), or treated products without disclosure.

Is there a minimum order requirement (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the collection or product category. Specific MOQs will be stated within the product listings or shared upon approval of your wholesale account.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do discount codes apply to wholesale orders?

No. Wholesale lots are already priced at highly competitive partner rates. For retail catalogue items, wholesale partner discounts are applied automatically. Additional discount codes or promotions do not apply to wholesale purchases.

How often do you restock?

Restocks and new collections are introduced periodically. Due to natural supply limitations, certain items may not be restocked once sold out.

Are wholesale lots returnable?

All wholesale lots and limited availability collections are sold as-is and are final sale. We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and quality notes carefully before purchasing.

Can I request specific stones or custom lots?

No. Product images may not be used for resale or commercial listing purposes without prior written permission from Crystal Hearts Atelier.
